Evelyn “Ebbie” Wilt, 79, of Vienna, W.Va. was called to be with her Lord and Savior October 23, 2013 at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born October 31, 1933 in Ritchie County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lenny and Bethel Johnson Miller.Ebbie attended school in Ritchie County. She retired from the Wood County Board of Education where she served as cafeteria manager for Jackson Jr. High School for over 30 years. She was a member of the Cornerstone Gospel Church.Ebbie is survived by one son, Ed Wilt and wife, Joyce of Buckhannon, W.Va.; one daughter, Diana Baker of Newport, Ohio; four grandchildren, Russ Hockenberry, Sherry Roberts, Phillip Wilt, and Amber Kelly; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Ercel Simons.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty years, Clell Wilt; five brothers; and five sisters.Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, W.Va. with Reverend Arthur Wilt and Pastor Phillip Richards officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
