Ernest "Tom" Boyd Roton

E. B. Tom Roton, 68, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on April 7, 2011 at his residence.He was born August 16, 1942, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Clifton E. and Lorita L. Ferguson Roton.Tom loved fishing, hunting and singing karaoke.He was a member of the South Parkersburg Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Cindy Hill Roton; two sons, Thomas Boyd (Jan) Roton of Bristol, Conn. and Eric Christopher (Paula) Taylor of Hilliard, Ohio; two brothers, Randy (Lois) Roton of Parkersburg and Dan (Shirley) Roton of Williamstown, W.Va.; granddaughters, Briana Taylor and Erica Likens, both of Hilliard, Ohio; and his special companion, his dog, Molly.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 11, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Joe Busch and Pastor Ed Rogers officiating.Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, at the funeral home.The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Cawley and her staff for all their wonderful help.
