Ella Loucettia Ward

Ella Loucettia Hubbard Ward, 67, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away on August 27, 2012 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born June 1, 1945, in Rock, W.Va., a daughter of the late Joseph Basil and Elvie Kinser Hubbard.Ella worked at the Mid Ohio Valley Regional Counsel as a Senior Companion and was a member of the South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.She is survived by three brothers, Vermon (Cathy) Hubbard of Beeson, W.Va., Edgar (Jo) Hubbard of Warrensburg, Mo., and Garland (Villa) Hubbard of Armuchee, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Samuel, Lesley Earl, and Kenneth Ray Hubbard; and one sister, Alfreda Brewer.Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 30, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Rick Brown officiating.Interment be at the Cline-Hubbard Cemetery in Beeson, W.Va. where family and friends will gather at 2:30 p.m. for the committal service.Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29, at the funeral home.
