Elijah Binegar

Elijah Binegar 18, of Williamstown, W.Va. went home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2014.He was born July 5, 1996 in Parkersburg, W.Va. the son of Russell Darrin Binegar and Jenice Stephens Binegar both of Williamstown.Elijah enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling and was baptized at the Episcopal Church. He is survived by his father, Russell Darrin Binegar (Rebekah Friem); his mother, Jenice Stephens Binegar (Jamie Brough); his sister, Justice Binegar of Morgantown; grandparents, Jan Nicholas Stevens (Willie Williams) of Williamstown, Norma and Russell Binegar of Williamstown; great-grandfather, Howard Nicholas of Williamstown; aunt, Kimberly McMillan (Michael) of Williamstown and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.Public visitation will be 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Chad Mugrage officiating. A private family service will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
