Edith Margaret Carmichael, 95 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Nov. 5, 2014 at the Willows Center in Parkersburg.She was born June 1, 1919 in Wood County, W.Va. a daughter of the late Denver and Addie Jane Stuckey Yoho. She had worked at Corning Glass, Dil's Department Store, and as a Teacher's Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School. Edith loved dancing, enjoyed working with ceramics and was a member of the South Parkersburg Baptist Church.She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Yoho and husband, David of Walker, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Sean Yoho and Rachael Harrison both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two great-granddaughters, Kacie Sees and Taylar Yoho; a step-granddaughter, Cortney Harrison; a sister, Frances Manzo of Vienna, W.Va.; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Carmichael; two brothers; and one sister.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Joe Busch officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
