Dorothy Jeanne Leach 91, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away December 25, 2012 at her residence.She was born February 3, 1921 in Tyler County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clarence E. Gorrell and Hazel E. Haught Gorrell.Dorothy was a homemaker and her family was her greatest joy. The most important hat she wore was as a mother and she spent her life totally devoted to her children and grandchildren and their many activities. She was a current member of the 36th Street Church Of Christ and a former member of the Church of Christ of Sistersville, W.Va.Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Beverly Kelley and her husband, Jim of Vienna, W.Va.; five sons, Kenneth Leach and wife, Ann of Summerville, S.C., Ron Leach and his wife, Sally of Williamstown, W.Va., Don Leach of Pittsburg, Pa., Perry Leach and his wife, Diane of Vienna, W.Va., Allan Leach and his wife, Cathy of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Mary Dennis of Weirton, W.Va., and Jo Gorrell of Friendly, W.Va.; twelve grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Lester E. Leach; seven brothers; and three sisters.Services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va. with Evangelist Mark Mason and Andy Robison officiating. Burial will follow at LaZear's Chapel in Tyler County, W.Va. Visitation will be held Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
