Doris J. Jones, 62, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Friday, May 13, 2011, at the home of her son.She was born June 16, 1948 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Bencil and Emily Cowgar McCray.She is survived by one daughter, Victoria Green; one son, John Hammer II; one stepson, Jeff Jones; three sisters; three brothers; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Jones; and three brothers.No services or visitation will be observed. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Green Street, Parkersburg, W.Va.
