Donald Michael Joseph, 59, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away on August 23, 2012 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.He was born June 20, 1953, in Flint, Mich., a son of the late H. Robert Miller Jr. and Lillian Cora Gordon Miller.Don was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and later attended Fairmont State College. He was employed at the Department of Highways where he worked as an inspector and later retired as their office manager. He enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, hunting, ballgames, spending time outdoors and his family and friends.He is survived by his wife, Deborah Louise Tichnell Joseph; two daughters, Nicole Joseph of the home and Angela (Mario) Hernandez of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two sons, Ryan Joseph of the home and Justin (Janice) Joseph who is serving in the US Navy in Japan; one sister, Penny Denise (Jim) Cole of Elizabeth, W.Va.; one brother, H. Robert (Teresa)Miller III of Spencer, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Olivia Hernandez of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Kylie and Ayaka Joseph of Japan; and several close nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Richard “Dickie” Miller.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va.Interment will follow at Eventide Cemetery in Spencer, W.Va. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
