Diana Flanagan, 67, of Parkersburg, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 at the James Cancer Center, Columbus, OH with her family at her side. She was born April 30, 1953, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Ronald and Mable Shields Rutherford. Diana was a 1972 graduate of Pennsboro High School. She was a homemaker and loved being with her family. Diana also worked at West Virginia University of Parkersburg in the cafeteria. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Flanagan; two daughters, Rachel Vuksic (Mike) of Marietta and Julie Allen of Vienna; two sisters, Linda Baker (Dean) of Pennsboro, WV and Sylvia Bostic (Ed) of Belpre; three grandchildren, Zack Edwards, Ethan Allen and Madelyn Allen; two great-grandchildren, Ashton Edwards and Avery Marshall; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her son in-law, Josh Allen. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Burial will follow at Burnt Hill Cemetery, Williamstown, WV. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services.
