Deborah "Debbie" E. Tipper

Deborah E. “Debbie” Tipper, 64, of Vienna, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born October 17, 1955 in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Wallace and Ruth Peterson Fogle. Debbie was a 1973 graduate of Parkersburg High School and West Virginia University with a Masters Degree in Education and was a member of the Alpha-Phi Sorority. She was retired with over 43 years of service from Wood County Schools where she was a special education teacher. She taught at Williamstown High School for over 30 years, where at one time, she was a track coach. Debbie was active with the Humane Society of Parkersburg and a member of the Wayside United Methodist Church. Debbie enjoyed shopping, trips to Hilton Head and girlfriend trips. She also loved her dogs and spending time with her grandson Max. She is survived by her children, Christopher Tipper and Betsy Tipper both of Vienna; her grandson, Max Tipper; brother-in-law, Mike Fuchs; and nephews, Jonathan Lanham, Joshua Lanham, Rusty Maple and Tim Fuchs. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her two sisters, Connie Fuchs and Candi Lanham and brother-in-law, Bill Lanham. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services is honored to serve the Tipper family.
