Dave, 78, of Vincent, Ohio went home to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at home with his wife and sons at his side.He was born July 21,1935 in New Martinsville, W.Va., a son of the late Theodore and Victoria (Shepherd) Clegg.Dave retired after 31 years of service with the rank of Captain of the Baltimore County, Maryland Fire Department.He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Joan Marie (Hoerr) Clegg; and one son, Thomas Forrest Clegg.He is survived by his wife, Janet Lynn (Crytzer) Clegg; sons, David M. (Donna) Clegg, Jr. and David F. (Rhonda) Clegg; one daughter, Carol Denise; four step-daughters, Denise Hudler, Darlene Reid, Debbie Vendetti and Diane Florio; grandchildren, Sabrina, Mason, Jeremy, Ashley, Katelynn, Madison, Justin, Mark, Melanie, Jared, Tara, Ryan, Miranda, Lauren, and Rico; and eleven great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with ReverendsWilliam and James Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memory Gardens, Belpre.
