Dale Lorraine Mossor, 83, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away November 17, 2012 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus in Parkersburg. She was born September 28, 1929 at Jane Lew, W.Va., a daughter of the late Jonie E. and Celeste Dale Richards Life. At the age of eighteen, Lorraine married the love of her life, Robert James Mossor, and shortly after they relocated to Columbus, OH. For nearly twenty-five years, she was employed at the Swan Dry Cleaners in Columbus, eventually retiring as the manager. She later returned back to Parkersburg and had an interest in reading, crocheting, and quilting. She also enjoyed all of the time she and Robert, a former Master of the Masonic Lodge, spent participating in the lodge's activities. Lastly, most important to her was her family. Surviving is her loving daughter, Patricia A. Ezell; her grandson, Lance Robert Ezell (Kelly); niece, Denise S. Coutu (Dave); nephews, George E. (Mary), Bob G. (Linda), Paul V. (Judy), and James A. (Sharon) Corbitt; several great-nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert James Mossor in 1987; two sisters, Ruby K. Corbitt and Evelyn J. Shriner; and one brother, Robert E. Life.Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va., with Pastor Robert May and Pastor Mike Elder officiating. Private entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Pickerington, Ohio, at the convenience of the family. They will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
