Cora Ethel Springer

Cora E. Springer, 85 of Parkersburg, W.Va. died Nov. 18, 2013 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.She was born Nov. 25, 1927 in Parkersburg, daughter of the late Emma and Charles Todd. She was retired from Camden-Clark Hospital and was a member of the Church of the Lost and Found in Belpre, Ohio.She is survived by a son, Charles T. “Tom” Springer and his wife, Leana of Belpre, Ohio; five grandchildren, Emma Rutter and husband Joshua, Stacy Springer, and Charles Springer II, all of Parkersburg, W.Va., Michelle Morelli, and Clay Floyd Springer Jr. both of Columbus, Ohio; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse A. Springer; a son, Clay Floyd “Bud” Springer, six brothers; and two sisters.Private graveside services will be a later date at the German Church Cemetery in Wood County, W.Va.
