Conrad Fuller Sterling

Conrad Fuller Sterling, 65 of Parkersburg passed away February 4, 2020 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born June 16, 1954 in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Richard “Dick” and Carol Conrad Sterling. Conrad graduated from Parkersburg High School with the class of 1972 and attended West Virginia University in Morgantown. He worked for the Bureau of Fiscal Service in Parkersburg as a computer specialist for 29 years. Conrad enjoyed golfing, spending time with his grandson, Gunnar, playing computer games with his son, Shawn and always watching over his daughter, Tia. He attended the Vienna Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sherri Kinney Sterling who he married July 19, 1980; a daughter, Tia Brookover of Williamstown; a son, Shawn of Parkersburg; and his grandson, Gunnar Brookover. In addition to his parents, Conrad was preceded in death by a half-brother, Fred Jacobs. A funeral service for Conrad will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, WV with Pastor Bill Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
