Clifford E. Leep, 87, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Nov. 2, 2011, at The Arbors of Marietta.He was born May 9, 1924, in Parkersburg, a son of the late William H. Leep Sr. and Emma Stewart Leep.Clifford formerly worked at Carborundum Company, Industrial Warehouse, Choice Insulation, and Steer's Heating and Cooling Company.He was a Baptist by faith.He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, having served in Europe and was a 50 year member of Mt. Olivet Lodge #3, A.F. & A.M. of Parkersburg.He is survived by his wife, Frances Davis Leep; one daughter, Barbara Cline and husband, Larry, of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two grandsons, Thomas Cline of Parkersburg, W.Va. and David Cline of Newark, Ohio; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Winnie Owens and Myrtle Ludwig; and two brothers, William Leep Jr. and Dale Leep.Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at Evergreen North Cemetery and will be conducted by Mt. Olivet Lodge #3, A.F. & A.M. Parkersburg.Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va.
