Clifford "Bud" Earl Full

Clifford “Bud” Earl Full, 73, of Salisbury NC, formerly of New England Ridge, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis NC. Born in Parkersburg, WV on October 2, 1946, he was the son of the late Elva Randolph Full and Francis Full. Bud graduated from Parkersburg High School and attended CPCC. Bud served in the US Army Reserves and was a retired inspector and supervisor for Shell Oil Company. Bud was a member of Fairlawn Baptist Church in Parkersburg, WV and was a loving husband, dad, and pawpaw and an avid golfer. In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Johnnie Barker. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years Eileen Lewis Full, whom he married on September 20, 1968; daughter, Debbie Lowder; son-in-law Curt Lowder of Kannapolis NC, son Mark Full; daughter-in-law Nikki Adams Full of Hampstead NC, eight grandchildren Wyatt Taylor, Eli Lowder, Emma Lowder, Trevin Lowder, Kursti Sosebee, Jordan Full, Chase Full, Cole Full, and three great grandchildren; brothers Lester (Debra) Full, Paul (Beverly) Full; sisters Marlene Hickman, and Betty Barker along with many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral home, 2333 Pike Street, Parkersburg. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Fairlawn Baptist Church Food Pantry. Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
