Claudio Luna Garcia

Claudio L. Garcia, 73, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away June 5, 2013 at his residence. He was born August 11, 1939 in Ralls, Texas, the son of the late Rudolpho and Feliciana Luna Garcia. Claudio graduated from Texas State Tech in Amarillo, Texas, and was a maintenance manager at residential living. He enjoyed reading and was an avid follower of all sports. He is survived by his long time companion, Betty Cisco; five sons and one daughter, Claudio Garcia, Jr. (Brenda) of Cabot, Ark. and their children, Feliciana Garcia & Crystal Shipley; son, James Garcia (Missy) of Mineral Wells, W.Va., Kayla, Jamie, and Robert Garcia; Nolberto Garcia (Christina) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico and their children, Austen and Emma Garcia; daughter, Guadalupe Gutierrez (Francisco), and their children, Frankie Jr., Veronica, Valerie, Francesca, Joseph, and Claudia Gutierrez, deceased son, Christopher Garcia; son, Simon Garcia (Christin) of Cabot, Arkansas, and their children, Gabriella, Elizabeth, Carlos, Mateo, and Rene Michelle, and numerous great-grandchildren. Two brothers, Martin Garcia and Tony Garcia. Four sisters, Josie Ridenour, Gloria Soto, Julia Rocha, and Ruby “Cuca” Badillo; and a host of nieces and nephews all over the country. In addition to his parents Claudio was preceded in death by five siblings, Selso Garcia, Sr., Tibbie Aragon, Manuel Garcia, Alice Cabrera and Stella Vargas. As per his wishes there will be no visitation and service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services.
