Charles William Morgan

Charles William Morgan, 71 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away July 15, 2014 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus. He was born October 22, 1942 in Wood County, W.Va. a son of the late Abe I. and Lettie S. Oliver Morgan. He enjoyed working on electronics and riding his bike.Charles is survived by a sister, Loretta Morgan of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two brothers, Cecil Morgan and Scottie Morgan both of Parkersburg; six nieces, Patricia Johnson, Aretha Thomas both of Parkersburg, Tina Britton of Marietta, Ohio, Sarah Rife, Sue Persinger both of Vienna, W.Va., and Rose Johnson of Belpre, Ohio; and five nephews, Gary Britton, Richard Britton, Cecil Morgan, Jr., Carl Morgan and Ira Rife all of Parkersburg.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Morgan; an infant brother; a sisters, Luzetta Snider and Lullybelle Britton.A memorial service will be held at a later date.
