Charles Ray Murphy, 70 of Tuppers Plains, Ohio passed away January 26, 2014 at Camden Clark Medical Center.He was born September 9, 1943 in Swiss, W.Va. a son of the late Thomas Brooks and Velma Smith Murphy.A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Lubeck Cemetery with Pastor Edward Arnold presiding.
