Phelps Sr. age 43 of Marietta, suffered a fatal heart attack on Sunday July 4, 2010 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born in Baltimore, MD a son of the late Anthony A. and Lillian Jean Davies Phelps. He had worked at Fenton Art Glass, served in the U.S. Army, enjoyed fishing, working on cars and was a member of Wayside United Methodist Church.Cash is survived by his wife Amy Lee Phelps; four children Cash Phelps Jr. age 19, Michael Lee age 10, Toby Phelps age 5 and Lillian Phelps age 18 months all of the home; step-father Jim Marsee of Marietta; sisters Belinda Kinsey (Hugh) of Dundalk, MD and Barbara Marsee of Westley Chapel, FL; brothers Bruce Phelps (Gideon) of the state of Washington, Clay Phelps (Vicki) and Michael Marsee both of Marietta; one grandchild Grace Phelps; father and mother-in-law Larry and Pamela Lee of Liberty Twp., OH and Amy's grandparents Ed and Evelyn Starkey of Vienna.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Anthony Phelps Jr., Wyatt Marsee and sister Sandy Sparks.Memorial services will be held at 2pm Sunday July 18, 2010 at the Wayside United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Patrick Kerr and Rev. Sandy Runnion officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cash M.
