Carol Ann Isner

Carol Ann Isner, 63, of Indian Trail, NC, died Friday, June 24, 2011 at her residence. She was born July 8, 1947 in Parkersburg, W.Va. the daughter of Alberta Drennen Caplinger and the late Robert Caplinger.She was a member of the Concord Church of Christ and was employed with Miller Orthopedic as a nurse.Surviving are her husband, Mike Isner; her mother, Alberta Caplinger of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two children, Michael Lee Isner, II and wife, Elisa, and Jennifer Petro and husband, Herb, all of Indian Trail, NC; and seven grandchildren, Michael Lee Isner, III, Brandon Isner, Hailey Isner, Jacob Hollis, Jack Petro, Nathan Petro, Daniel Petro and Caitlin Petro.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Allan “Pete” Caplinger and Robert “Robby” Caplinger.Her family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street,Parkersburg, W.Va., with her funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.Interment will follow in Evergreen South Cemetery.
