Carol Ann Chichester

Carol Ann Chichester, 70, of Parkersburg, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. She was born September 19, 1949 in Marietta, OH, a daughter of the late Reverend Russell Earl Perkins and Juanita Pearl Smith Perkins. Carol graduated from Rivesville High School in 1967. She retired from E.I.Dupont, Washington Works after 31 years of service. She loved to shop, line dancing, family, friends and dining out. Carol attended Wayside United Methodist Church in Vienna and North Parkersburg Baptist Church . She is survived by her daughter, Brooke Balog (Greg) of Vienna; her four grandchildren, Jordan, Connor, Trinity and Kingston Balog; sister, Betty Perkins (Paul Greynolds) of Vienna; her partner, Steve Nichols of Parkersburg; her furry friend, Waylon and many special friends. A memorial service will be held Sunday June 14, 2020 at 2:00pm at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Vienna, WV. with Rev. Sara Lamb officiating. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 Sunday at the funeral home. As per Carol’s wishes her body was donated to West Virginia University for research.
