Caitliln N. Richter

Caitlin N. Richter, 14 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at her residence.She was born July 5, 1998 in Parkersburg, daughter of Marvin and Angela Swearingen Richter. She loved to draw, especially “ShaqU” a character of her own creation. She loved cats, playing video games and playing on YouTube.In addition to her parents, Caitlin is survived by her sister, Kayla Richter; two brothers, Ozzy Richter and “J.P.” Jonathan Richter; maternal grandparents, John and Patricia Swearingen of Walker, W.Va.; paternal grandmother, Patsy Stroud of Parkersburg; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and her special cats, Pika and Angel.Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg with Rev. Dr. William R. Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
