Brian Neal Lockhart

Brian Neal Lockhart, 41, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on Sept. 15, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.He was born March 29, 1972, in Parkersburg, a son of Roger Lee and Mildred Murphy Lockhart of Walker, W.Va.Brian had worked at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens, Gatewood Products and Scotts Landscaping. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on cars and watching Duck Dynasty “Si” and he enjoyed living life.He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Sara L. Deem Lockhart; five daughters, Stephanie, Brittany, Kayla, Samantha and Shannon Lockhart, all of Parkersburg; son-in-law, Joey Sams; one sister, Mary Beth Lockhart of Toledo, Ohio; six brothers, Bob (Melane) Lockhart, Roger (Missy) Lockhart, Ronnie Lockhart, all of Parkersburg, W.Va., Kenny (Belinda) Lockhart of Clarksburg, W.Va., twin brother, Mark (Nancy) Lockhart and Ricky Lockhart, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; eight grandchildren, Braydon, Charity, Joshua, Joey, Brooklynn, Caijah, Abby and Kylee; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved pets.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Alice Lockhart; his maternal grandparents, Frank and Blondina Murphy; two aunts, Barb Burchard and Erma Horton; and one uncle, Charles Lockhart.Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg.The family requests that donations be made to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in Brian's name.
