Bobby G. Posey, 80, took his final breaths Monday, September 24, 2012 surrounded by three generations of his children, with many more coming to celebrate his life, their lives together and his release from his battle with Parkinson's. He was born the son of the late Dolphy and Stella Morrison Posey.He graduated from Roosevelt-Wilson High School, Clarksburg, W.Va.; married Shirley Lister; and began working at Hartland Planing Mill. Later, the family, now including four children, moved to Vienna, W.Va. where Bobby worked as a cabinet builder and later worked at Diamond Glass. He and Shirley later moved to Mesa, Ariz. where he was a cross-country truck driver, a tour bus driver and a manager of a resort. After living a few years in Georgia, they moved to South Carolina before returning to Vienna.He is survived by two daughters, Debra Bonnell of Cincinnati, Ohio and Catherine Campbell (Joe) of Oxford, Ga.; two sons, Robert Posey (Gale) of Vienna, W.Va. and Steven Posey of Arkansas; seven grandchildren, LaShay Evans (James), Troy Bonnell, Dawn Pettus (Dallas), Matthew Bonnell,Chris Campbell (Amanda), Adam Campbell (Amber) and Nicolas Posey; and twelve great-grandchildren.He reunited in heaven with Shirley and their grandson, Jeremy Posey.Bobby's family will reunite his and Shirley's ashes at their convenience after Bobby's memorial service which will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, 3005 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, W.Va. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Thursday.
