Bobby “Bob” L. Hildreth, 73, of Vienna, W.Va., passed away peacefully on May 26, 2011, at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.He was born February 20, 1938, in Spencer, W.Va., a son of the late Leon and Dessie Webb Hildreth. Bob retired after twenty-one years of service serving our country in the U.S. Air Force and National Guard. He was a true mountaineer at heart, loving WVU athletics, and he also especially enjoyed his grandkids and the activities they participated in. He was a member of American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg and the USTA, having been a certified tennis official. He also enjoyed photography, golfing, gardening, and music and reading. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia A. Smith Hildreth whom he married October 13, 1962; two daughters, Kelly Bush and husband, Kenny, of Vienna, W.Va., and Tracy Suveges and husband, Timothy, of Pensacola, Fla.; four grandchildren, Jonathan and Jillian Suveges, and Alexandra and Keegan Bush; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters. Memorial services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Tuesday May 31, 2011 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, W.Va. with full military rites by American Legion Post 15, Parkersburg. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Veterans Administration. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home
