Betty G. FisherBetty Grace Fisher 92, of Vienna, WV passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Heartland of Marietta.She was born April 3, 1921 in Washington, PA., a daughter of the late Jesse Hagan and Elizabeth Hall Guthrie. Betty was retired from Mahone Tire Center where she was a credit manager. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Parkersburg.She is survived by her two children, Richard “Rick” Fisher Jr. (Karen) of Vienna and Debra Fisher Cobb (David) of Marina Del Rey, CA; one sister, Jean McWreath of Washington, PA; two grandchildren, Karyn Michelle Fisher of Barboursville, WV and Eric Keith Fisher of Clarksburg, WV; several nieces and nephews; and a close friend and neighbor, Kathy Flanagan.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Fisher who passed away February 2007; two brothers, Edward and Earl Guthrie; and an infant sister, Dorothy Guthrie.Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 18, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Mark Mason officiating. Visitation will be from 6-9 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
