Benson Guy Stutler, Jr., 90 of Vienna, W.Va. passed away Dec. 6, 2012 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility in Parkersburg.He was born March 4, 1922, in Reedy, W.Va. a son of the late Benson G. Stutler, Sr. and Amy Duskey Stutler. He was a U.S. Marine having served in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was an independent contractor building houses, was a real estate broker and owner of Stutler Realty. He loved gospel music and was a member of Calvary Memorial Church.He is survived by his son, Terry M. Stutler (Sue) of Vienna, W.Va.; a sister, Eva Strothers also of Vienna, W.Va.; a brother, Wendell Stutler of Vienna, W.Va.; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, Benson was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma I. Williams Stutler; a son, Benny R. Stutler; and two daughters, Nancy Brohard, and Penny Frazee.Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 11, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Tim Stutler officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday. Military rights will be conducted by American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg at the funeral home.
