Benny Harold Kibbe

Benny Harold Kibbe 76, of Williamstown, W.Va. passed away June 16, 2014 at his residence.He was born October3, 1937 in Parkersburg, W.Va. a son of the late Harold and Marguerite McGinnis Kibbe.Benny graduated in 1960 from Washington Irving High School and he began working in 1965 at the Quaker State Refinery in St. Mary's, W.Va. and retired in 2012 at the Go Mart Refinery in St. Mary's. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, the family's cabin in Cairo, W.Va. and loved being with his grandchildren.Benny is survived by one daughter, Sharon Seevers (Darin) of Elizabeth, W.Va.; two sons, Scott Kibbe (Michelle) and Mike Kibbe (Patty) all of Waverly, W.Va.; one sister, Barbara Clayton (Earl) of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister-in-law, Sue Griffith of Virginia; five grandchildren, Tavia Elder, Karina & Scotty Kibbe and Kerstone & Cheyann Seevers. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Fox Kibbe.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va., with Pastor William Cottrell officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown, W.Va. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.The family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
