Barbara Ann Mullen

Barbara Ann Mullen, 76, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at her residence with her family by her side.She was born December 12, 1935, in Wood Co., W.Va., a daughter of the late Arthur J. Wilson Sr. and Nancy J. Steed Wilson.Barbara attended DeSales Heights Academy, was a homemaker and loved her cats and dogs.She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lloyd Mullen; one daughter, Judy R. (Les Jr.) Lipscomb of Davisville;, W.Va. one son, Franklin L. (Susan) Cooper Jr. also of Davisville; two sisters, Patricia Morton of Inman, S.C. and Mary Ann Dugan of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one brother, Arthur J. Wilson Jr. of Idaho; six grandchildren, Bobby, Joey, Ricky, Heather, Stacy and Tyler; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-grandson; her favorite dog, Corky.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lillian Jane Cooper.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Rev. Janice Hill officiating. Interment will follow at Mullen Family Cemetery, Kites Run.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.Monday, at the funeral home.
