Amy L. Dowler Carder

Amy L. Dowler Carder, 33 of Parkersburg passed away July 6, 2011 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident.Amy was born August 7, 1977 in Parkersburg, a daughter of Jan Pierce of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Lewis Dowler of Tequesta, Florida.She was a homemaker who enjoyed photography and working with pictures. Amy was a member of North Parkersburg Baptist Church.In addition to her parents, she is survived by her step-mother, Julie Dowler of Tequesta, Florida; step-father, Will Hammett of Pomroy, Ohio; one sister, Mary Hammett of Fayetteville, West Virginia; one daughter, Skylar; two sons, Drew and Tristan; her fiancé, Christopher Daniels of Parkersburg, W.Va.; maternal grandparents, Jack N. and Virginia Pierce of Parkersburg, W.Va.; paternal grandmother, Lee Dowler of Leesburg, Florida; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Floyd Dowler.Funeral services for Amy will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike Street, Parkersburg, W.Va. Burial will follow in Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
