She was born in Racine, Ohio on November 24, 1943 to Russell and Mabel Wickline.Services will be 1:00 p.m.. Monday, December 17, 2012 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Deloris Hitt officiating. Interment will follow at the Old German Cemetery overlooking Mountwood Park. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home.
