Alan Craig Weekly

Alan Craig Weekly, 58, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on April 25, 2011, at his residence. He was born October 19, 1952, in Wood County, W.Va., a son of Leona M. Sams Weekly of Parkersburg and the late Richard L. Weekly.Craig retired after twenty-seven years of service as a carpenter with the former O'Ames Co. He enjoyed hunting, farming, fishing and going to the beach, especially enjoying Virginia Beach. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Diana Bailey Weekly; one son, Todd Weekly; one sister, Shirley Weekly Braddy; and one brother, Wayne Weekly, all of Parkersburg, W.Va. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Jenna Weekly and an infant daughter. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Wadesville Cemetery, Wadesville, W.Va.
